Terms of Service
About these terms
These terms apply when you use the PairRevive website or purchase products from us. Please read them together with the product information, shipping, returns and privacy pages. Contact us at hello@pairrevive.com.
Products and care information
We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Colours and textures can appear differently across screens. Customers must follow the footwear manufacturer's care label and the PairRevive care instructions. Leather, suede, embellished footwear and shoes marked hand-clean only should not be machine washed.
Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch if payment cannot be authorised, an item is unavailable, a pricing error is identified, delivery is not possible or fraud is suspected. If payment has been taken, the affected amount will be refunded.
Prices and payment
The total price, taxes and available delivery charges are shown before payment. You must provide current and accurate billing, contact and delivery information.
Delivery and risk
Delivery options and estimates are set out at checkout and on the shipping page. Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or a person you nominate.
Cancellations, returns and faults
Your rights are described on the returns page. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK consumer law.
Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of statutory consumer rights. We are not responsible for loss caused by using a product contrary to the footwear manufacturer's instructions or PairRevive care guidance.
Website use
You must not misuse the store, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code or use content in a way that infringes intellectual property rights.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms for legal, operational or security reasons. The version applying to an order is the version available when the order is placed. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Kingdom, and consumers retain any mandatory rights of the country in which they live.
