Order processing and delivery

Available delivery methods, charges and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout before payment. We accept orders only for delivery addresses made available during checkout.

Orders are processed after payment and address checks are completed. You will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided. A dispatch confirmation and tracking details will be sent when tracking is available.

Delivery estimates

Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates unless we expressly agree a fixed date with you. Unless another timeframe is agreed, goods will be delivered within 30 days of the order.

Address accuracy

Please check the full delivery address before submitting an order. Contact hello@pairrevive.com immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfilment has started.

Delays, loss and damage

If an order is materially delayed, appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. Keep the product and packaging while we investigate. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

International orders

If international delivery is offered at checkout, customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes and local handling charges unless checkout states that they are included.
